I bought it as a birthday present for my grandson and both he and his parents are very happy with the watch. Good treatment by customer service that resolved all my doubts.

I was unlucky enough to receive a faulty unit, however I was treated very kindly and replaced fairly quickly. For now the smartwatch works well, I recommend it, they are a professional company.

I´m quite happy with the device it allows me to track my kids in their way to school and it does work pretty well
